    I have had the same experience as sparks. I sent mine in and ended up calling them to be told it wasn't an eligable drive. I sent outpost.com and email too and it has been silence from them as well. I guess I will follow suit and report them to the BBB.

    Whats a good temp for a hard drive. I haven't had any problems with it but it is too hot to hadle right after you shut the computer off. And this is an HTPC so it runs 24/7. I don't want it to die early. I'm more concerned about the data then the drive(thats a lot of movies and music).
