For best airflow at cheapest price...i'd say a cheiftec dragon - although they can be a hassle to do a perfect wiremod, but there is space betweem the back panel and hardrive bays for cables.
Other than that, a CM stacker or wiremodded Lian Li.

The purchases that will probably make the biggest notice are:
New Case, one with less fans (2 x 120mm or 2 x 80mm)
Quieter fans
Fanless PSU (in my case, the noisiest fan is my PSU fan, so perhaps this wont help you much)
Or you could try noise padding stuff...although i heard some will...
Its called stealthing.
Basicly you take off the CD/DVD rom drive cover and stick some double-sided foam tape over the button + corners, and then put the drive bay cover on it.
I was wondering if there is a free program out that gives you a pop-up at a certain time (which you set). Say theres a show on TV i want to watch, and i might forget about it - i can simply put in the time and it can give me a pop-up saying 'hey!blah blah blah blah blah"
So anyway, any help...
It will warp the colors of the case (ive seen people go from white > tan because of all that smoke.
I personally say its a bad idea, as far as saftey and looks.
