Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Single player is going to be a PITA. I started it, got a short way into it, then dove into multiplayer. Now I'm completely addicted to the MP side. Mexican standoff is ridiculous. I love the gang fights. That's my favorite. Walking around the towns in free roam is incredible. The detail...
Air America ruined it for me. When I think of "black ops" in Vietnam, I think of Martin Downey Jr. and Mel Gibson cracking jokes in airplanes that are falling apart and crash landing, and them running around with pistols being chased by drug crazed viet cong.
I remember that. You paid about $5 for a disc, but you got 5 or 6 demo games per disc. They also put demo CDs in magazines, so if you wanted the demo, you had to buy the magazine.
The difference between then and now is they don't have any production costs associated with demos anymore...
If they develop something stellar, people will gravitate to it. I know of a lot of good franchise games that went south after a new studio started doing the sequels, and there aren't enough hardcore gamers to make those 'franchise' games a success on their own. If a game sucks, it sucks, and...
If you're not in the US, the online is great. The last time I tried to find a game, I didn't find one person in the US hosting a game. I don't know how bad the lag is on an overseas hosted game.
Here I was the baddest dude on the whole planet, and I failed Aphrodite. And to make matters worse, they threw in two chicks to laugh at me. Do you have any idea what a kick to the groin that is?
The games I've started and still haven't beaten yet:
Oblivion
Ghost Recon 2
Uncharted 2 (at the last boss battle)
Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising
Wanted: Weapons of Fate
Borderlands
Toy Soldiers
GTA 4
Splosion Man
PB Winterbottom
World of Goo (last level)
Halo 3 (last level)
LittleBigPlanet...
And I'm sure Activision and IW are sweating bullets over it. That's like the poor guy making fun of the rich guy for being rich. I doubt the rich guy will lose any sleep over it.
Get ready to sit and watch her spend an hour trying to dress her little character. It's as bad as going shopping at a women's department store.
Other than that, it's a great puzzle game. I love bloody games, but LBP is a good time.
