Customise Windows XP for speed...
You might want to try a program called Aston. It basically is a program that changes your shell to whatever you want. so you could for instance make up any short cut or tab on your desktop or anywhere else. I used it for awhile and it helps not only with visual but speed as well. i know for sure...- Farmmaster

Panther X ??
