    Win XP - Flashlight repeated forever on My Computer

    Have you tried removing the printer software and drivers.? Typically when this happens on a fresh install it is related to a hardware device that is having problems. I have seen modem drivers, nic drivers and any piece of hard ware cause this issue. Start with the obvious and go from there.
