    i've never been able to get ichat av to work with a windows aim without first jumping through hoops on the windows side. Yahoo has been 100% flawless in regards to communicating with windows and osx users, and if both sides have a decent connection the video quality is outstanding.

    nope, no point really. i turned my back on a decade of pc uses due to apple's more pleasing design and interface. now i have the ability to revert to an older, less stable os when needed. i'd wager everyone in the budget camp would he happy though, installing OSX on their newest $500 budget...

    while photoshop obviously lags in rosetta, everything else about my 2ghz 20" imac (2gb ram) far exceeded my expectations and i prefer it greatly to my previous dual 2ghz G5 powermac with 4gb of ram and a 20" ACD. -esr
