    Bit bemused by claims of an entire continent doing something after a few organisations' actions. A bit like claiming the US's goverment is democrat now, on the basis of New York's mayor's affiliation. Ie: "Europe" ditched nothing, with most of it merrily staying well inside microsoft's ecosystem.

    The question is whether that improvement was delivered by the cache or by moving to a single chiplet cpu. I am pretty certain that multiple chiplets are considered to be a bad idea™ for lows at any resolution.
