    Thanks for the link, rancor. That's where I got those XT bioses from. I used both the latest flashrom and the gigatybe gvf11 to flash. That's a very nice guide by the way. I wish I knew the site before I had to research and go through 10+ pages of threads on many different forums. :)

    I downclocked to 475/450 Pro speed?, and the '03 mark still crashed right after the Wings of Fury test. I dont' know whatelse can solve it except re-installing OS. Thanks anyway.
