    Project: Silent Element!

I hope he gets the to work on it again, amazing work and good concept, remember seeing it when the project was relatively new but then it stagnated :-/ Kinda know the feeling from my own projects though :p

From Cinema Display to P190S - Lack of sharpness in text

It's either set up badly or it's the difference between a TN vs an IPS panel

They merged with Perfect World, might have played one of their games.

Pitcairn Island to Double Bandwidth to 512kbps

A lot better than my parents in law who live in a rural area in Germany, they're still stuck on ISDN and the ISP don't care about upgrading the lines as there's only 50 people living in the village (and no satellite possible due to nearby woods).

    5Ghz 3930 on Sabertooth X79 success story

Don't temp me to change the H80 for a custom loop to lower noise, my wife doesn't like water-cooling for some reason but she barely accepts the enclosed systems

    5Ghz 3930 on Sabertooth X79 success story

My temps peaked at 78c under IBT Max, might have something to do with the amount of air being moved in the HAFX keeping the board and to a certain degree surrounding cpu area and the water cooler cool.

    5Ghz 3930 on Sabertooth X79 success story

My wife insistend I spend some time on repairs in the house instead of the PC after the LAN-party so first have time to stress test it more this weekend.

    5Ghz 3930 on Sabertooth X79 success story

I know about Prime torture being better to judgement than games; as the number next to my nick indicate I've been tweaking and oc'ing for more than a decade now. Will tweak a bit more and then torture test it properly :) Am I the only one experiencing what could be described as droop on X79? I...

    5Ghz 3930 on Sabertooth X79 success story

I've manually specified the voltage to 1,475 (1,44 actual because of droop, ages since I saw a system with such a bad droop but works fine now I'm aware of it).

New at Over-Clocking and Need Help

Second on the power supply with case comment, I7s need good PSUs to oc. I had a quite good BeQuiet 650w that had powered an oc'ed Core2 Quad fine that based on specs should have worked well, but it had only 18A per 12v rail, but it was not 100% stable when oc'd. Changed to a 1000w PSU with 35w...

    5Ghz 3930 on Sabertooth X79 success story

Haven't had time to find max yet and currently at a LAN party so no other stresstests so far than being able to stand hours of gaming and some benchmarks, for my other I-series systems that always ended up being as good a proof as stresstests as they all were either or. Will of course do some...

Razer Naga Epic or Cyborg MMO 7?

I'm very happy with my non-epic Naga, The software is very nice in windows 7. It seems small at first but when I got used to it the size is actually rather nice.
