Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Did a search for the Dell XPS M170 and came up with this :

There's an XPS m140 apparently (14.1 inch screen widescreen). Both seem to be Media Center pc's though.
Definately have to keep an eye out for that one - it could very well...
Yeah I tried it - no go at all.....I think all the little problems I've had with the Asus is starting to add up.
This asus board is starting to melt down.....think I might go DFI if I can find one locally, maybe I'll have better luck with that board than this ridiculous asus.

The nvidia control panel has been fairly flakey from what I can tell in terms of turning the Trilinear/AF optimizations. For it to stick in my case 100% of the time I had to switch off the Trilinear/AF optimizations under the global profile, reboot, and then nearly every game will be...

Also the widescreen problems have been fixed to a certain extent, though there are some monitors that still exhibit problems. The 2405fpw is definately now working with widescreen + SLI...
I think a lot of people are seriously misunderstanding what's going on.
If you put two + two together, the Killzone footage was part of a pre made video montage that Sony played at the conference to give people an idea of what to expect from next gen games.
Judging by what Mark said...
Typical 16x DVD = Data Transfer Rate /read: 21.6Mb/sec (16X Max.)
1x Blueray = 54Mb/sec
There's a rumor of a 6x Blueray drive being the target for the PS3 as well.
It isn't entirely about space really, as Blueray also appears to be significantly faster than DVD rom drives.
DVDrom = 11 megs/sec off the disc
Blueray = 54 megs/sec off the disc
Depending on how fast the PS3 drive is, they can literally stream something like 300megs/sec off the disc alone.
73.00 32bit drivers from 3dchipset seems to have fixed this for me.
DVI @ 1920x1200 on a 2405fpw is now stable running SLI in WoW. Going to test more later.
I can't speak for the 6600 series cards, but generally speaking most of the people who have had this problem are 6800gt/ultra owners (I think mostly the early adopters as well).
