    Windows ME troubles again

    That's typical Win9x-behaviour. 9x never could handle multitasking properly, and redrawing the taskbar while doing something else counts as multitasking. If you HAVE to use Windows, get Win2k.

    Maybe you should spend less time messing around with your (. impressive .) hardware and get to actually know the computer you use? Dump IE. Dump Outlook. Use Mozilla (http://mozilla.org ) and Thunderbird ( http://mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/ ).
