    They aren't releasing a Titan yet because all the full TU102 are going to higher priced Tesla/Quadro parts for the foreseeable future. The 2080 Ti is the reject bin. Once Tesla/Quadro orders fall below their production rate you'll get a Titan from the leftovers. They are all about that ASP
