Adobe Flash Flaw Could Give Attackers Full Control

Adobe Reader is ubiquitous because Adobe, for some strange reason, managed to convince the world that .PDFs ARE Adobe Reader files!? Why they wanted to be ubiquitous and have there shity, slow reader app on more computers than have windows on them... then... bend over and take it boys...

    Windows Upgrade Options for Businesses

My next upgrade path is Ubuntu. (IT Admin for 700 Workststions) Did I want to learn Ubuntu? No: Microsoft left me no choice with their bloated crapware, ridiculous pricing and specially designed to be utterly confusing licensing schemes, not to mention the goons they will send round as...

    Symantec Acquires PC Tools

These guys have been buying out the makers of excellent software and fucking it up for years: The old PC Tools Quaterdeck (remember cleansweep) Now the makers of, arguably, the best anti-spyware application out there. I am seariously pissed off! Isnt it time some government dept...

CoolIT Freezone Chilled Liquid CPU Cooler

:) Good thing too: Now I can put one in my old, low flow, Koolance case. Where the hot air from the radiator wont blow through the Ice-Cap heatsink! :D Just occured to me that I could remove the pump in front of the heatsink and put on another fan for extra coolness! Patent Pending! :p

CoolIT Freezone Chilled Liquid CPU Cooler

I wonder what would happen if you put one of these things between a std rad and the waterblock?: The rad should bring temps down to 'ambiant' while this drops them sub ambiant! Should make a nice room cooler at idle! :D Wonder how they do it though; attempts to use ice caps to cool...

Pump wired with relay from PSU....

I used a car relay in my home made system. 12V & ground for the relay from molex connector. The other side is just a switch so AC or DC does not matter as long as the pump is pulling less amps than what the relay (switch side) is rated for. Also switches a 220 Volt fan! :)

    Pump undervolt?

Hmm... Wont be easy to rubber mount that! :) If it auto shuts down I would definatly give it a try. Let us know how it goes. :)

    Pump undervolt?

you probabl.y can, although I have not tried it. At some point the pump will stop turning compl.etely and I would be lothe to try it without a flow meter of some sort. If your pump is screwed to your case it is probably causing the case to resonate. Try mounting it with double sided tape...

Koolance Evap Cooling & Filter mod

THX Pherret :) If I do something similar again I'll defenatly build the mister and rad into the bottem of the case. Or an enclosure attached to the bottem. Eye catching plumbing... This is the water supply to the cistern. Quick Connect Fittings P4p800E dlx. In. 9800Pro...
