    Just a question... but is it even turning on? Is there power going thru? lol just look at the CPU fan and check to see if its rotating. (When I built my first computer I forgot to plug in the jumpers on the mobo!)

    Make sure the video card is snugly fit as well. I had that problem a few months ago so i just updated everything and went in and pressed down on everything and all was good. Hmm.... maybe there are some detonators on your system too? Did you have an Nvidia card before your 9800? www.guru3d.com...

    I had a similar problem once. Another good idea would be to check the IDE cable and make sure its nice and snug on the mobo and the hdd. That fixed my problem but who knows. --drpunkerz
