    I'm tired of seeing garbage like this here. Seems like this whole board is 90% newbies replying to any thread they can giving bad facts and terrible advice. The XFX should reach 570-580 core and 1200-1220 mem. It's on the less quiet side.

    150CFM for an exhaust is about 5x overkill. And make sure you've got an intake sucking noticably more air then your exhaust is blowing out or you're gonna steal your PSU's airflow, cause your PSU needs air to pull from inside the case too.

    AXP-m 2500+ OC limit?

    Since I have a gig the FSB tops out at 235 2.5-2-2-9 3.0v CPC. At 11x I can't get 2585 stable more than an hour so I run 230 for 2530 and get 12+ hours Prime. Chipset is 1.7v. When you spread that super thin layer you gotta have a properly lapped sink; at least 1000 grit on a piece of thick...

    What "amd 3200" do you have? An AthlonXP or an Athlon64? Cause the XP is fine up to 80C load.

    You're using a 120mm fan on a 92mm sink? I dunno how you even got the thing on there but I'm sure the outer edges of the blades, where the most airflow is, aren't pushing air through the fins. And don't even try a 120->92 adapter even if you can figure out how to attach it to the sink, cause...
