    pump action shotgun (put a smg in your primary) with marathon, lightfoot and ninja. You would be surprised how easy it is to get behind groups especially at the beginning of the game with this setup. Great for favela and quarry.

    I think it depends on if blu-ray are that much more expensive to produce, which I would guess it isn't that significant. But they could probably make the game on dvd if they would like to, I remember that some of the ps2 games were on cd's and not dvd's.
