    CompUSA casemodding contest ($10k prize)

That is rediculous. I love the whole "beat this" slogan, as if a Thermaltake case with some paint on the side and thousands in stock components is some goal to aspire to. Screw you!

R = Writing to a DVD... You place data on a blank DVD and once it's on there it is permanant. RW = Data can be Re-written on the DVD. You can add or delete or change data that is already on the blank DVD. Make sure you know what type of DVD's you are buyging however.

    How durable is iPod?

Definetly think of investing in a case. Not only is the surface of the iPod very scratchable, but think about it. Inside is a working had drive. Imagine what would happen if you dropped your regular PC hard drive like that?! So yes, you've paid god knows how much for it already, go buy a case.

Soundcard Output to Stereo Amp Input?

Excuse the audio noob here... Mono sound shouldn't be an issue though right? I mean I will be sending each of the channels into a seperate speaker... I have two solid floor speakers with woofers and all in there. I don't think I'd use the speakers for gaming, just for listening to .mp3's...

Soundcard Output to Stereo Amp Input?

I have a pretty solid stereo setup. I love my amp and CD decks and all that, and my speakers are good enough for my needs. But sadly my PC sound is lacking. I am thinking of upgrading my video card to something more respectable than my onboard (I'm getting wierd feedback and all.) The issue...
