    oh forgot to mention, the q9550 is at 3.8ghz. did 3 hours memtest, 9+ prime95, 10x intelburntest. no errors so far. and this is at 1.200v, shows even lower in cpuz not sure what VID is but according to Realtemp it's showing 1.1875

    Temp doubles when under load, what's happening?

    I'm using AS5 and applied as instructed on their website, draw a thin line in the middle then pressure it with the heatsink. also which temp reader would you guys recommend? I found out there is about 5 degree difference between Core Temp and Realtemp.
