I've used an everglide for 4-5 years I think, love the thing(never wore out), has couple of scratches in it(human err), need to get something comparable.
I run a dedicated HTPC with DVI to HDMI cable, love the quality and well... watching shows on my HD ;p
I'm really not worried about HDCP, all of my content is in divx/xvid or decrypted format anyways...(I do alot of self archiving... and well legal anime) 720p is fine for me...
I run a 4200+, I've OCed to 2.4-5 with little issue, just didnt want the fan noise to keep it stable.
Your video card will be fine in there, as will your HDDs.
I did add another 80mm outtake on the left side of the shuttle, dropped alot of temps in my rig.

I tend to like space monger more, it gives more info, and you can delete files, doesnt look as pretty, but... its a util ;p Also shows folder order/depth, so you can see the space folders take up, not just files.
I dont know what you had, but my SN25P runs 3 hdds(one 10k), 7800GTX, 2GB of ram, and a 4200+ X2 with no issues...
and with SFF like qpack or the like, PSU is your choice anyways.
If you move it, its easy to move.
