Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
The main thing with these portable monitors is to try and fine one that has a similar color profile to your laptop screen. I tried one, and the white was so "dirty" looking I literally had to adjust my eyes when I'd go from my laptop screen to the portable monitor. Sent it back and tried a...
AM4 platforms have even gotten a resurgence (not that they ever went away) thanks to this madness. Crazy that even 32gb of DDR4 is close to $200 now. I think I paid about $70 for my sticks three years ago for DDR4 3200. Not looking so bad now huh?
It's kinda sad when older budget CPUs on the...
For every 5090Ti/9070XT buyer, there's probably 20+ who are just looking to get a better experience from integrated graphics or from a G series AMD processor. All of you can at least admit that a discrete GPU will always outperform an integrated solution even a discrete with only 8gb ram. Yes...
That's kinda risky isn't it? I mean, I know the 4090 founder's edition was about $1700 retail I believe and it shot right up. We've reached insanity on new GPU prices I'd think and the people who actually can afford and want a 5090 are going to buy retail with phat return policy in case...
Perfect example of why the AM4 series just won't die. Most if not all B350 motherboards from several years ago still support them so it's a cheap, easy upgrade to bring an ageing system somewhat current (ish). Granted, a good, midrange GPU will do wonders as well but that 5600x is a darn fine...
I think more than anything else, we're just to the point that without a serious outlay of a decent amount of money on a GPU, most users and even gamers, have found that a 5600X is a very good and serviceable budget build cpu. Any of X3d variants (5600, 5700, 5800) will suffice for most gamers...
Bikes are pretty easy to work on for the most part. The reality is it's just nuts and bolts. Bonus points for being carb'd and not FI'd. Today's bikes are getting too complicated with all the computer crap. It's a freaking motorcycle, not a luxury car although some of them are reaching luxury car prices (looking at you DCT Goldwings and Street Glides)
