    Instead of upgrading from 24H2 to 25/26HX just start with the newest, no ? Youve already updated all the stuff, but youve got multi disks and possibly the bootloader is linked to those other disks, if you change them around, swap out, one fails, etc, then your back to not booting up right

    since your already on a fresh install, why not reinstall Windows, wipe the drive during install and have everything in order the 'Microsoft' way, its probably only 15 minutes

    Also, best thing is to delete ALL partitions on the disk ( or do a diskpart /clean), then choose the empty space for the install
