    I've had that happen to me, tho I was the one at the same adress wrong street, mine is ne 3rd st and theirs is nw 3rd st. they had their phone # on the label, just called them and told them what happened, they picked it up after work.

    the att speed is for uverse, not the standard dsl and the uverse speeds are pretty consistent at that 10-25, I have uverse at the highest speed and it's advertised @ 24m and I get that.
