    You sweet, beautiful man. This is exactly what I've been looking for. I saw that thread linked in the OP, but was put off by the lack of curvature and the need to ghetto mod it for better viewing, but this... I like this. I'd also love to see it in PLP or triple-portrait mode, if you could.

    Did you pre-ordered or waits for BF3 after launch ?

    I was all set to wait until a few weeks after launch to buy the game to wait for benchmarks and reviews, but I ended up getting a $50 Gamestop gift card from one of my survey sites sooner than expected. I will gladly pay ~$10 for BF3 on launch.
