    You slide a thin bolt through the fins of the rad and use a large washer. Depending on it's location velcro also works.

    I grabed some visible blue dye off becooling. It takes a few drops to get my coolant blue instead of the pink the Zerex SRC turns it. Or you could just use blue AF as stated above.;)

    The MCP600 is almost silent based on my experience with it. I had a Danner#3 before and that thing was a bit noisy. D-tek and switech may have sourced the same pump. I know that swifty made changes to the impeller and other aspects of it to make it quieter. Perhaps Dtek decided to leave it as is...

    I keep an eye on it as far as water leval dust in the rads and making sure there are no leaks.;)

    They don't really do much more than restrict flow. I'd do two 120 size HC's in paralel over one double HC myself too. I average like 23c under full load 24/7 with my setup.

    Yeah Clearflex over Tygon. It's cheaper and does the same job. You could pick up a HC and do it yourself or grab one off of Dtek's site. It's the same thing realy. Everything else looks fine.

    I would highly reccomend you skip the chipset block. As for the GPU I have a Maze4 on my 9800XT and it works great. Scrap the Bix for a D-tek procore 120 dealy too. As for pumps I like the MCP-600 myself.

    85% Distilled water 15% Zerex SRC has worked great for me. :)

    Northbridge H2O blocks?

    I didn't tell you why I really stoped using it either. I crunched my NB chip on a remount and killed my last MB. :o After that the WB just sit's in a drawer in my desk. I read your other post too. Glad you decided what to get. Water cooling is pretty cool, you'll have fun with it. :cool:

    To be honest with you I recently learned about that pump myself. You are right though about it being a great pump after further reading. ;)

    Watercooling, is it worth it?

    I leave mine running 24/7. I would advise against that particular kit though. I'm not a fan of kits myself for the most part. H20 will give you great temps and lower noise for the most part.
