Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Hello,
if you're an IT professional I could use some advice.
I graduated from a local private university with a degree in information technology four years ago. I'm fairly computer literate (can diagnose most problems, change hardware, build pcs from scratch etc), however I have no...
I bought the 1000h. AT the time when I purchased it (8/21) it was the only 10 inch netbook with a 6 cell battery that was available.
In the 10 inch market, get the wind or the 1000h. Whatever is cheaper, i don't think you'll lose out with either one. However the 1000h is easier to upgrade...
I have a 1000h, I chose it over the wind simply because the wind did not have a 6 cell battery available for shipping at the time, and the touchpad is supposedly not a synaptics. The 1000h does not have a synaptics either, however it supports multi touch scrolling.
At any rate the 1000h is...
Hey buddy,
The 1000h is no longer $150 more expensive, it is now priced at $450, only $50 more than the aspire one.

We have a broken IMAC (LCD/GLASS), is there somewhere I can buy an LCD for it and a guide to take apart and replace it? ifixit.com does not have an IMAC guide. It's an intel core 2 duo 20 inch.
Hey Everyone,
Recently I was gifted an acer 5050 (refurbed deal from buy.com - $400). It comes with a 2.2 ghz turion 64 (supposed to be 2ghz but I got hooked up somehow), 1 gig of ram, integrated graphics. It's actually a decent laptop even though build quality isn't the greatest. Anyway it...
I'd check out a NOKIA N800 internet tablet. Sweet size, long stand by battery life and overall awesome device.
The only downside is no office software just yet but it'll come eventually.
It's ~$350 online.
Look into it, I think it's a much better internet device than a PDA, it may...
I think it has to do with the amount of ram - If you only have 512 MB it will only use 64? If you have 1gb more it'll use up to 224. That would be my guess since integrated graphics use your ram if I'm not mistaken.
