Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Excellent, now all we have to do is maintain this lead and increase the gap. Too bad it's hitting the low 90's here in Northern Cali, however soon the OC'ing starts for heating... and science!
Isn't it still summer for another week or two? We don't expect it to get cold here in Northern California for awhile longer. Doesn't stop me from cranking the heaters!
It's good to be back! I've had some unidentified borg's still folding regularly but I've finally gotten my desktop rig running and am back in the game. Good to see the team still here and as friendly as ever.

Thanks for the tips guys, I hope to get at least a couple thousand ppd going regularly.
After a couple more tries the bsod came back and stayed up till i hard shut down. error:

Looks like a mobo or cpu issue i guess.
I have tried two differenct SATA drives, one of which was purchased brand new. I did try an IDE drive and the only difference was before it restarted i saw a flash of a BSOD. I think i have left it on for awhile to see if it eventually loaded but i never checked the time. If it hangs at the...
Didn't make much of a difference. Instead of hanging on windows install starting it just restarts after a few seconds.
I also switched out the SATA cable to rule that out.
