FCC Tells Court It Has No "Legal Authority" to Impose Net Neutrality Rules

I think you're missing the point of what net neutrality is all about. Lower pricing by ISPs can be a result of many other causes. We have strong net neutrality in India, and we also have some of the cheapest broadband pricing globally.

Mozilla Will Re-File Suit Against FCC to Protect Net Neutrality

While i don't condone any sort of violent behavior, this is digressing from the debate on net neutrality. The US has taken a step backwards here. If one believes Mozilla did support a terrorist organisation, they have the freedom to approach the courts...or am i missing something here?

AMD Radeon RX 480 Supplies at Launch

Does the pricing / performance of the RX 480 matter at all ?? Kyle and so many others seem to have pre-emptively doomed this GPU without as much as getting the final detailed reviews out there. Moreover, how does anyone other than AMD get to decide the positioning of this GPU in the market...

    WikiLeaks Furious At Google

Wikileaks don't really have a right to complain about the data sharing, and reading the article it seems they are upset at the fact that they weren't informed about the data request put in Mar '12 until now, so that they can prepare a legal defense. Seems fair enough.

AMD Catalyst 13.8 Beta Frame Pacing CrossFire Driver @ [H]

I agree.. Techreport began including 'frametime' charts in their reviews quite a while ago. Their first analysis on this topic 'Inside the second' came out in Sept 2011. http://techreport.com/review/21516/inside-the-second-a-new-look-at-game-benchmarking

CSS/HTML - why does height:100% cause vert. scroll bars?

Always include a DOCTYPE .. you don't even know the crazy stuff i've encountered because of the omission of the one line of code. For 100% height use absolute positioning as mentioned before. <body><div style="position:absolute; top:0px; left:0px; height: 100%; width:100%;"></body> This will...

AMD Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition Video Card Review @ [H]

This.. The 7970GE seems to me faster overall .. the only downside is the power-draw, 40watts higher, but compensates with better compute..

Online Retailer Charges A 6.8% Internet Explorer 7 Tax

Your reasoning is pointless when the issue is about rendering in IE7 vs other browsers. I've been working with strict XHTML/CSS layouts for the last 5-6 years and am very much aware of the extra effort required to get sites to render accurately in IE6/IE7. In each job i've done, inevitably you...
