Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I can't speak to other locations, but the Georgia ones were like a combined Compusa, Radioshack, Best Buy, Gamestop, and a small mall bookstore and video/audio store. They were that size too. About the size of a Costco or Sam's Club. When they started going downhill, all the shelves started...
I really, *really* miss Fry's before they went downhill. It was like Disneyworld for nerds. I remember going there my first time when Crysis was released, and they had a huge SLI custom watercooled system running it. I used to just love going there and browsing the aisles for all the newest...
Apparently Japan is not allowing tourists to buy 50xx series cards?

GA Microcenter have plenty of 5080s in stock and allowing you to put in cart and pay for 18 minute pickup. Last week they even had 25+ PNY $1199 5080s but those evaporated in just a couple days. Now it's just the $1400-1600 models.
Both my local GA microcenter locations have plenty of 9900x3ds, but I don't need the non-gaming performance of extra cores and I just don't think they will hold up as well as the 9800x3d and the 9950x3d. They really seem to be the black sheep of the family.
Anyone noticed that 9800x3d stock suddenly evaporated? Beginning of last week local Microcenter had 25+, I said great I'm going to go this weekend. Poof! They're all gone, almost everywhere except the 30%-50% customer rated third party marketplace listings. No ETA on restock either.
Waited 30 minutes in the Zotac queue. Add to cart. Checkout. Create account. Checkout. Fill out shipping info page stuck on circle flower thing forever. Click back button. Put back in the queue. What use is a queue if your website is still garbage with it?
Thanks for posting about this. I was about to buy one of these until I found this thread. I can't believe they are still selling these without even a note about this issue. I thought about getting a new model M instead but after getting out a tape measure it just isn't great for my setup.
Well, the first time I booted it up it stuttered a lot from the very first intro cutscene and eventually it hard locked my computer on the first big fight and I had to power it off. I rebooted and went back into it and it ran buttery smooth and I had no further issues. I think they just need to...
I guess it was smart to announce this... I just pre-ordered it on Steam when I was intending to buy it awhile after release since I'm trying to save some cash up at the moment. But I love the previous two titles, I own them on Steam, and I don't trust Epic Games.
I think you only have two realistic options:
1. Keep exchanging 2080 Ti cards until you get one that does not fail.
2. Pay the top dollar price for a 1080 Ti that you know is going to work.
I feel bad for you guys. I really dodged a bullet because I ordered my 1080 Ti FE at launch for MSRP...
