    I use my Nook Color (CM7.1 via uSD) for dumb word games, reading, watching Netflixc(very rarely), and that's about it. Next tablet will have GPS and a cam.

    If the system tries to power up when you push the power button, then the "USB 2.0" cable isn't an issue. I don't think. I don't think an ATX power supply will turn on if it isn't connected to a motherboard. I believe you probably fried your motherboard with the Antec PSU.
