    12v/OFF/8v Fan controler w/ LM317T?

    A 2w fan will draw (2/12) amps or 166ma. Assuming a max rating of 1a on the 317, gives a 6 fan max. The LM317 will get HOT tho. You will need to heatsink it well. The data sheet may say 1.5a but its all limited by power displation. Pull too much current, and watch your Lm317 cook. Id put 220uf...
