Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Are you plugging them into the usb ports in the back or the ones in front of the case? It could be your case thats at fault, ive had that issue before with my old cheiftec dragon (antec clone). It went away when i got my P160, now my front usb ports work fine and in full 2.0 mode.
Thats what iam wondering, all this mess started when I replaced the original batteries that where in there for over a year. It seems my keyboard is litterally draining batteries because the last time i put new batteries in this thing was several weeks ago
I have a problem in which my keyboard disconnects or turns off randomly. Ive tried almost everything, ive updated the drivers, read up about it on logitechs support site and it STILL happens.I have had my MX Duo for over a year now with no problems untill recently, so is there anyway to fix this...
Just wondering what is everybody experience with reburb lcd monitors. Do they have any dead pixels and do they have any warranty that covers them?
The monitor that i was planning to buy is this:
http://www.techforless.com/cgi-bin/tech4less/172X-SILVER?mv_pc=pricegrabber
Servers that i have characters on:
Kil'Jaeden (one of the problem servers :( ) PVP
Dzululth- lvl 32 Orc Warlock
Tulkas- lvl 23 Tauren Shaman
Mask- lvl 10 Undead Rouge
Medivh (actually a pretty decent server, even though it has its faults at times) PVE
Farhze- lvl 29 Human Mage...
Just use the bio flash utility that comes with your mobo or try to get who ever your buying it from to do it for you.
Go with a 400-450 watt Antec, Enermax, PC Power & Cooling, OCZ or Tagan psus.
Ratpadz is pretty overrated, mine only lasted for a few months before is started to wear down.
I was planning on getting an Xtrac pad, are those any good and how well do they hold up?
Even though the K8T800 pro performs about the SAME as a nforce3 and usually for LESS.
It even has a working pci/agp lock, not to mention better compatibility with Linux.
Sure it might not have all the l337 features like onchip gigabit and any-drive raid but the new VIA chipsets arent THAT bad.
If you want to save some money ditch the 680 watt psu, anything over 450 watts for home use is EXTREME overkill.
About the HD, does nforce3 support NCQ? If it doesnt then the drive is a waste of money, get a regular SATA 120 gig Barracuda.
It would also be a good idea to ditch the dvd/r drive...
