    BTW. FWIW my Zotac order which was $1349 for a ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3080 AMP Holo LHR... They state that they charge 15% restocking, after inquiring if I refuse delivery / don't open.. They will refund all of it.. I just could not see spending $2100 after tax for a 3080Ti from Microcenter...
