    Thanks NCX. I don't care about input lag or being able to use it with consoles since I'll mostly be using this for coding and graphic design, no games. It's good to know it has a lighter anti-glare coating. sounds like this one might be the best for me

    Are you serious?? Touch screen monitors are not required and the experience with a standard monitor won't be any worse than it is with Windows 7...

    Thanks, I had no idea wide gamut could cause such problems. After reading some other articles I agree a standard gamut display will be better for me (I mostly work with web graphics)

    Or you could use Win 8 with a mouse and keyboard like you do now. Go to desktop and ignore all metro apps, it's like win 7 but better. Just sayin'

    I have a Dell 2407 now and looking for something with higher resolution and better colors. From what I've read the Dell U3011 has hella accurate colors and that resolution would be perfect. I won't be gaming so I don't care about response time. Is there anything better that I should consider...
