No AGP with this new Generation?

All I can say is that I'm glad there is no AGP version available, yet. It keeps my itchy finger from clicking that place order button. :D

    Best Wireless Keyboard and Mouse?

I used my own rechargeable batteries when I had a MX700. I was a tad disappointed when I learned that you can't change the battery of MX1000. After actually using it, however, I couldn't care less about it. Either Logitech improved the power consumption or the bettery of the MX1000 is really...

Looking for a new mouse and Keyboard.

Another thing to add, Elite and MX1000 cost about $99 while MX3100 sets you back about $114. For $15 more you get a wireless keyboard which looks subjectively better (the color match too).

Looking for a new mouse and Keyboard.

I have a MX3100 wireless combo. Works and looks great. I used to have a MX1000 and an Elite but I gave them to my girlfriend since she pretty much uses her laptop as a desktop now. If you want wireless control of your computer, MX3100 is great. Otherwise, Elite and MX1000 should make a...

    VF700-AlCu on my eVGA 6800GT

This is not a review or anything, just some screenshots of the tempurature on my GT. Some initial thoughts on VF700-AlCu, this is one hell of a cooler! A 10C drop in temp is pretty impressive, not to mention I have it on silent mode (5V). Idle (66.93 w/ stock fan) Load (66.93 w/ stock...

Arctic VGA Silencer NV5 and eVGA 6800GT

Thanks for the suggestion. Did a quick google on VF700-AlCu and found several reviews. hardCOREware Overclockers Online Neoseeker techPowerUp! Over all this seems to be quite a performer! I like the fact that it has a Quiet mode in which the unit can still cool the gpu quite well...

Arctic VGA Silencer NV5 and eVGA 6800GT

Are they compatible? The stock fan is so noisy it's driving me crazy and this seems to be the only option I can find for a 6800GT.

Who sells the OEM Abit Northbridge heatsink for the IC7?

Does IC7-G uses the same fan as IC7 does? I would assume so but I need to make sure. That piece of crap fan died on me

    Dell’s UltraSharp 2005FPW widescreen 20-inch LCD monitor.

It took me a while to figure it out. Don't going into the main menu, instead, when OSD is not showing press "-" (the third button from the right) and the brightness/contrast menu will come up. Contrast in grayed out when hooked up with DVI though.

    Deciding between 2001FP 2005FPW, HELP

When using those SUN workstations with 21" or above monitors in the labs, I always feel that my sight is restriced and can't wait to get back to use my 2005FPW. Granted it's more screen real estate. But wild aspect is more "natural" and I would never go back to a 4:3 monitor.

    Lian-Li V1000 additional drive cover

Yep, I need an extra one since I have two optical drives. Thanks for the replies, folks!

    Lian-Li V1000 additional drive cover

Will this fit in a V1000? There is no indication that this cover will fit in a V1000. But to me it looks very much the same as the one that comes with the V1000. I just ordered a silver V1000 but my optical drive covers are black and I'd like them to match.

    Dell’s UltraSharp 2005FPW widescreen 20-inch LCD monitor.

LOL, did that already. Those are monsters! I had to move my head up and down to see the whole screen. But being a gready bastard, MAYBE I'll still want more if I do get my hands on one :D

    Dell’s UltraSharp 2005FPW widescreen 20-inch LCD monitor.

Dammit, now that I have 2005 I want a 2405! When I first ordered my 2005 I thought since I'm really happy with my 19" CRT, a 20" wide aspect could be more than enough. Now after about 1 and a half week I am used to this resolution and actually want more! Bad thing about using a wide screen...

    Dell’s UltraSharp 2005FPW widescreen 20-inch LCD monitor.

I've had mine for almost a week and the backlight bleeding seems to be getting better. And since there is no dead pixel this is definitely a keeper.
