Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
No, they are overclocked to 1000mhz from the factory. They ran fine, but too hot for my system/space and too much power draw for my UPS. Figure I'd stick with single-GPU for now. No coil whine that I know of, not even sure what that is, tbh.

What would be my best PPD for $500, assuming it would probably be a wintel machine, I would procure the OS separately. Would GPU folding be the way to go,with a slower CPU and minimal memory? Ideally a small SSD would be the OS drive, but a small laptop drive would suffice in a pinch. If...
It's back to normal. I think my computer rebooted into some sort of almost-safe-mode but not-quite-safe-mode, so I couldn't tell that the optimizations had been turned off.
I restarted the service and here's what my log looks like:

CPU usage is still at 100% (all cores), so there's no issues there. I would have to look at the log to get the TPF and which types of WU's I'm running. I'll check those when I get home.
Is it just me? My PPD went from 24K to 400 for some odd reason the last couple days. I checked and my FAH service is still running on all cores. Anybody else have a similar issue?
That's my experience as well. I had my 2600K up to around 4.4 Ghz at stock voltage, but it would occassionally reboot. Didn't want to push the voltage, so pulled it down to 4.0Ghz and get about 24K PPD, enough for me to get nearly on page 3 at EOC!
