    Changing source problem with monitor

    Funny, i just got this monitor and have pretty much the same issue. No signal or random signal detection. I tried it with 2 different pc's. One with AGP Ati video card and other with PCIE 7600GT. It's very random when it detects signal. Also,sometime works half way and then as it loads...

    Check to make sure that your power connector coming from switch is connected to the right jumper on the motherboard.

    Connecting only 1 4 pin connector will be okay. I've tried it with Antec 380W and Asus P5WD2 955X mobo and works just fine. As long as PS has 24pin ATX to provide extra power to mobo or if there's "ez connector" on mobo,connect molex to it.

    My X800XL OC's just fine, 450+/550+(1100 MHz) respectively with stock cooling. No artifacts. Temp. hits about 70°C.

    FPS issues with x800xl

    What is your 3dMark05 score? If it's around 5000-5400 your x800xl is fine. I run source and hl2 (1280*1024) all on high and it works fine. Occasionally with cs:s, it will dip to 30-50fps but it's playable. Most of the time stays at 90.

    I never stop my flash drive; I just make sure no files are being written to it. Simple as that. I've been doing that for a year now and still works just fine, no lost or damaged files.
