    I actually set it up and found it to be pretty useful. One reason we had to abadon using it was cause it didnt support 64 bit oses. But I used it a couple of times to setup windows xp desktops. A couple of potential problems you may run into.... - Unattended might not support your network...

    i'm pretty sure you cannt overflow a multiplication operation because of the hi lo that allows for 64 bit product.

    Which programming environment?

    Gentoo is about as n00b friendly as a build your own car kit. If you want ot just have a linux environment ot program in, I would look into just downloading a livecd that you could boot into with all your tools and save your files on an ftp.

    My first 2005 had severe backlighting issues. My replacement... literally no backlighting. I turn off all the lights in my room and put on a black screen and there is not one bit of leakage. There are 3 stuck pixels, 2 on green , 1 on red and the only time i see them is if im within like 6t...

    Worth buying a 2005fpw now?

    Just got my replacement today, manufactured in dec 2004. No backlighting issues at all. I am talking zero. 2 small dead subpixels that you can only see when the screen is completely black and when you try and find them. They finally got it right. I am now happy
