    There is a wire cage under the end of the ramp. IIRC you may have to pull some of the barrels off of the walkway above to have enough barrels to do the job. Simply grab a barrel while swimming using "E" use key and swim under the cage. Hit the use key again to release the barrels.

    Radeon 9800 pro is it capable?

    That is not a 9800 Pro. In fact it is not even a 9800 non Pro, but a 9800 SE, which has a very crippled 128 bit memory interface and a slower than 9800 NP clocks. Barely any better than a 9600 Pro/XT. Sadly a real 9800 Pro will run you around $200.

    CMOS Troubles

    A bad or weak CMOS battery can do strange things. Once the voltage is below 3.0 volts change it. Also if you have the CMOS reset jumpers in the wrong position then that can cause a lot of problems as well.

    Try replacing the CMOS battery. When the voltage falls below 3.0 volts motherboards can do strange things and cause problems such as no post. Also try using pulling out the motherboard and starting it with nothing attached except for a known good PSU.
