    I think you can get an ASRock Dual VSTA board and reuse your RAM. Then you can get a 8800 GTS 320 and spend a little more on a little nicer C2D processor, maybe one of the new 6420s. I think your existing PS is okay, but if you want to replace it, I like the Seasonic line.
