Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Yeah, who cares about a 300 billion illicit drug trade, 30 billion human trafficking or 9 billion annual revenue illicit wildlife trade. Someone is willing to pay and therefore it's ok, right?
If you let predators roam unchecked, it's just a matter of time before they turn their gaze to you.

I've been playing around a bit with mine. Screenshot is an hour of non-AVX prime95. It got pretty hot. Is an hour long enough to be reasonably certain it's stable?
I am thinking of setting 4 core ratio to 46 and 8 core to 44 for now...
Kraken x62 for cooling with 4 fans push/pull - it's pretty...
Wow, this is a bit like killing a fly with dynamite - the remedy being more harmfull then the problem.
Are lasers more dangerous then drones? - Yes. As a matter of fact after reading your post, it's safe to assert that a laser in your hands is more dangerous then a modern drone being conrolled...
So the attack vector on autopilot involves high powered lasers and/or jamming equipment.
An attack vector against an average driver is sending them a snapchat....
...how exactly is this an argument AGAINST autopilot?
The way he was describing his experience of the "real world" I am not surprised he needs an escape, and I guess writing biased and subjective articles is his escape. Somebody give this man a hug, some antidepressants and tell him that it's going to be OK.
Quoting some definition of the word "theft" does not disprove, or even adress my point. I said that downloading a pirated torrent is LIKE stealing. "Traditional" theft of a physical item has 2 compenents:
1. You take something that does not belong to you.
2. You make another suffer a loss...
You really don't get it. Imagine, you as a US citizen not being able to buy a taco anywhere in the world... Why? .- Because your local wallmart is going to start selling tacos next year and wants a monopoly. That's what geoblocking is about, creating monopolies, and monopolies are NEVER good for...
After re-reading my post, I've realized this is a dumb question so I have deleted it. Sorry for polluting the forum. Mods are welcome to delete the thread.
This is my GTX680. It is factory overclocked. I agree that this looks like a bad memory overclock.
Since it is factory overclocked I expect it to function as advertised, so I will be sending the card back. I just need to prepair in case they start arguing that the card isn't ment to run at 80C
There is nothing wrong with cooling on that card. If I run Heaven on it alone with fan limited to 20% it never goes above 60C. The problem is SLI. There is very little space between the cards, so it get hot air from the first card. The card hits 84C running Heaven in SLI.
Nvidia GTX680 thermal...
I got an ASUS GTX680 DC20. As soon as it hits 80 degrees it starts artifacting. What temperatures are these cards supposed to be able to handle? Judging by the Fan control curve its somewhere in the 90s
My other GTX680 doesn't suffer from such problems.
Cards are in SLI, the top card gets...
Switching PCI-e slots to gen2 stabilized the system. This is apparently a problem with the board.
Maximus VI Extreme can not properly run SLI in the recommended (native) slot configuration of slot 1 and slot 2B. As far as I can tell ASUS has known about this for a while and has ignored the...
Nope, 2 cards at the same time is a no go, though if i enable SLI everything goes to hell a lot faster then if i don't

Testing switching PCI-e lanes to Gen2. PC booted, stable so far, time will tell...
Yeah, card 1 works fine alone in slot1
card 2 works fine alone in slot 2
As soon as I boot with SLI enabled the system goes haywire
"not enough resources blah blah blah..." havn't seen this kind of message since windows 95
