I just got this monitor in last week...I am pleased to say that I don't have any dead pixels nor do I have any uneven backlight issues. The blacks were a bit of a disappointment compared to my old MVA based monitor. The black are much better now that the screen is calibrated (with spyder 3)...
As far as I know those are the only differences, I just had to make the same decision and choose the non pro. I don't have a lot of hard drives and I'm not particularly fond of raid setups. I am running 2 western digital caviar black drives, soon I hope to replace the smaller 500gb drive with...
I believe I have the problem sorted, for some reason my memory voltage was set unusually high ( I believe like 1.8 volts). I set it to the voltage specified for my ram (1.5 volts) and no problems with prime 95 after running for 3 hrs. Why would the system set it to such a high voltage by default?
I have not, this is the ram I am using:

I am just running it at the default SPD values, one other update...I ran another program called Core Destruction for over an hour. I was at 100% the entire time, hit a max of 55C and no...
Sorry guys I have not read all this thread to see if anyone is having the same issue. I just built a system with the P8Z68 board, when I run prime 95 I am getting restarts. I was running the stock intel cooler and getting temps up to 70C, I just changed stock intel cooler to Corsair H50. Now...
I dont't have a cooler on the north bridge but I have pretty good airflow in my case...I am running a pdke board. Would you recommend I get a cooler? My case (Antec P160) is pretty tidy cable wise and I have 2 100mm fans.
Thanks...I have no experience changing nb voltage. I raised it .15 volts to no avail, I will take it up another notch and give it another go. Right now i'm running the RAM at default spd (5-5-5-18).
Hello all, I just purchased 4 kingston 2gb dimms for my Asus p5ke. This is the kit that I purchased the ram spd reads 5-5-5-18. I manually adjusted the timings to 4-4-4-12 I had to raise voltage to 2.15 to get it to run stable. The problem is memtest is still giving me errors although the...
