AUgh, that sucks. If warranty doesn't work, maybe a local repair shop? I've fixed a couple of cheap graphics cards, like a RTX 2070 Super and a RTX 3060 Ti, but not a $2K+ card. I'm sure pro's who do it for a living are pretty good at it by now.
