    i went from a E6600 to Q6600, although i sold the Q6600 a week after since the i7 was just a month away. I ended up getting the 920 a week before launch, and have been running it at 3.8GHz every since, i do have the upgrade bug, but i dont think its worth it...at least not until LGA 2011
