I'll add my results, but I don't know how useful they will be. I'm running with a Koolance case. I never really looked while it was idle either, under load (Folding) I was getting numbers in the 40-45C range as measured by MBM on the temp diode.

I put one stick of Mushkin 512MB PC3500 CL2 in my Shuttle AN50R board with a 3200+, it works just fine at 400MHz, 2226, and stock speeds. I haven't really tried any overclocking or testing to see if 2225 would work. I've been too busy playing games.
