    I have an AIW 9800 PRO NTSC (built by ATI) that I would like to trade with an AIW 9800 PRO PAL version. I live in Turkey now, and this card came as a present. I've used it like 2 hours, and packed it back, since its NTSC.. I know this is a long shot, but worth a try :)

    I've bought an AIW 9800 PRO which uses NTSC Tuner... But I am using it in Turkey which has PAL-B system.. Is there a way to change a NTSC tuner into PAL? or impossible?

    I am currently owner of a week old 9800 Pro V.Card, built by ATI Now, I would like to have TV Tuner, Capture etc. and was wondering If I should just sell/give back 9800 Pro and get a AIW 9800 Pro OR Keep my 9800 PRO, and get a USB capture card... What do you think?
