Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Maybe it's just me, but I base my purchasing decisions based on the sheer quality of the user experience, not on a company's arrogance or immaterial downsides (i.e. the convenient argument fodder that has no real-world application for all but the hardcore niche).
I use and enjoy both types...
I notice a lot of dislike of Yuna's voice acting with various people. I thought it was fantastic and so fitting. Doesn't anyone catch the whole concept of humility and being humble? (all the more reason I couldn't stomach her change in X-2) The dialogue is intentionally delivered with...
Does the iDisk server count as 1 of the 5 computers I'm allowed to have the music on? Anyone know?
Just how in the hell do you keep track of these stats? There's gotta be some way in iTunes to check and see how many computers/burns/whatever you have left for your music.
I don't mind DRM...
Can someone explain to me how all of this works exactly? I'm having trouble understanding some of the nuances of managing purchased music from the iTunes Music Store.
Say I want to format my Mac and start anew, but keep my purchased music obviously, what's the best way of going about this? I...
OpenOffice (NeoOffice) and The GIMP are available for Mac; for free video stuff I'd check out ffmpegX (in combination with OS X's Disk Utility), it's a pretty powerful tool that supports a wide array of formats, all drag-n-drop.
Online sales are accounted for; they said online downloads. And subscription services. These things are also available on consoles as well (Xbox Live is quite the money maker), and will likely soar in popularity when the new systems release (what with all the MMOs coming to them).
It is assumed that everyone has both a computer and a home theater setup already. The price comparison should be based solely upon upgrading either box. Anyone trying to drag HDTVs and brand new from-the-ground-up $4000 computers into this to win their argument is desperately grasping at straws...
Only thing with staying power is that we're in a transition, there's going to be a storm of next-gen games hitting the scene once the new consoles are released. It's the 7800 that's the next-gen chip, the 6800 is a bit of an intermediate (unless you're on SLi). It's possible that you might be...
