    These Aeron chairs are real comfy chairs but the cams in the tilt stop mechanism are made out of a cheap plastic. had the tilt one break on me and dumped me over the back. Unfortunately i got mine used/out of warranty so they wont sell me a new cam or arm i ripped off in the fall:D
